No smoking indoors. Review the selected home’s pet policy, party and event restrictions, and any other house rules under Good to know on its booking page.

For new direct bookings through this website, our homes currently use the Firm cancellation policy: 100% refund up to 60 days before arrival and 50% refund up to 30 days before arrival. After that, the policy provides no refund.

Review the Cancellation policy on your selected home’s booking page and at checkout before you confirm. Read the refund percentages and deadlines shown for that reservation.

Check the terms for the refund treatment of individual charges and the applicable cancellation cutoff. Existing reservations retain their original booking terms. Bookings made on Airbnb, Vrbo or other channels follow the terms displayed by that channel.
